Return to Goldfield was one of the first GA eps I saw, and the way Zak's voice and manner totally changed when he was addressing the spirit of Elizabeth stuck with me...when we were working on the fic we both felt like drawing that out more would be neat, and we decided to take the orb that seemed to touch him as an indication the sentiment might be returned.
